Chakra healing is a spiritual and holistic practice that focuses on balancing and clearing the energy centers within the body, known as chakras. The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit term for “wheel” or “disk,” and each chakra represents an energy center that governs specific physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the individual. In the context of chakra healing, the goal is to restore the natural flow of energy within the body and remove any blockages that may cause physical or emotional issues.
